All items are being sold as is how is pictured no returns for each lot.  Your bid is a contract between you and the listing creator.  If you have the highest bid you will enter into a legally binding purchase contract.  Buyers must do their due diligence prior to bidding.  Each lot may have different terms, conditions and fees.  Please ask questions to the seller about the item’s condition, costs for rigging, crating and loading fees prior to bidding. 

There is a 7.5% Buyer's Fee paid to Auction DiY and a 8.25% TX Sales Tax if not Tax Exempt.  To be considered tax exempt buyer's must fill out forms and provide a certificate.

At the end of the auction, an invoice will be sent to the winning bidder.

Small items can be packed and shipped UPS or FEDEX Ground at buyer's expense. 

Multiple lots can possibly be boxed together or crated..Ask.
